Refund Eligibility

• Service Availability: Refunds are eligible only if the service purchased is not available or none cost occur from our side with the project
• Cancellation: Refunds may be considered if a cancellation request is made within 1 hour from the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

• Service Utilization: Once the service has been used or partially utilized, refunds may not be provided unless exceptional circumstances apply.
• Custom Services: Services that are customized or specifically tailored to the customer’s requirements may not be eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

• Evaluation: Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may require additional information to process your request.
• Refund Approval: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 days.

No Refund Conditions

• Policy Violation: Refunds will not be provided if there is a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable to provide a refund for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen service disruptions.
